How it works
Simple for parents. Unforgettable for kids.
- 1
Create your family account
One household holds every guardian and athlete. Profiles, shirt sizes, emergency contacts and medical notes stay in one secure place.
- 2
Pick a game
Filter by city, age, game type and length. Every event page lists the schedule, divisions, what to bring, parking and refund policy.
- 3
Register your athletes together
Add multiple children in one cart, choose divisions and add-ons, apply promo codes or credits, and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- 4
Sign one digital waiver
A single family waiver covers your registered athletes, with electronic signature and a copy stored in your Documents.
- 5
Get your QR pass
Your dashboard shows arrival time, parking map, team, age division and a family QR pass. Staff scan once and your whole crew is checked in.
- 6
Compete, then keep the memories
Live schedules and scores on game day, medals and results afterward — all saved to each athlete's Game Passport.
Common questions
- What ages can compete?
- Most games are built for ages 5–16, grouped into two-year age divisions so kids compete with peers.
- Do we need to be part of a charter or co-op?
- No. Independent homeschoolers, charter families, co-ops, microschools and hybrid schools are all welcome.
- What if the weather turns?
- Games are rescheduled where possible; otherwise your family receives account credit automatically.
- Can I volunteer instead of spectating?
- Yes. Volunteer shifts are posted for each event and can earn credits or free registrations.
